These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website albedayagarage.com and your engagement of Al Bedaya Garage L.L.C (“we”, “our”, “us”) for car service, repair and related work. By using the site or booking a service with us, you accept these Terms.

1. About us

Al Bedaya Garage L.L.C is a licensed automotive workshop located at Behind Tara Typing Center, Industrial Area 2, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We provide mechanical, electrical, A/C, denting, painting, inspection and related vehicle services to customers across Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai.

2. Bookings, quotes and estimates

• Prices quoted by phone, email or in person are estimates based on the information you provide.
• Once your vehicle is inspected, a revised quote may be issued. Work proceeds only after you approve the final quote.
• Additional work that is not in the original quote will be discussed with you before being carried out.
• Genuine or OEM-approved parts are used unless you specifically request and approve alternatives in writing.

3. Free inspection

Every vehicle booked with us receives a mandatory free full inspection. The findings are shared with you before any chargeable work begins. The inspection is informational and does not replace a third-party pre-purchase inspection or warranty assessment.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of work, unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed in advance.
• We accept cash, credit card and debit card.
• Vehicles may not be released until the agreed amount has been paid in full.

5. Warranty

We provide a service warranty on workmanship and on parts supplied by us, in line with the manufacturer’s warranty for those parts. Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or modification after our work was completed.
• Wear-and-tear items consumed during normal driving (brake pads, wipers, filters, fluids etc.).
• Failures arising from parts supplied by you or by third parties.

Warranty claims should be raised with us before any other workshop carries out further work on the affected component.

6. Customer property

You are responsible for removing valuables from your vehicle before leaving it at our workshop. We are not liable for the loss of or damage to personal items left inside vehicles in our care.

Vehicles not collected within thirty (30) days after we have notified you that work is complete may attract storage charges, in accordance with applicable UAE law.

7. Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information and to describe our services. It is not a substitute for a professional assessment of your specific vehicle. Pricing, hours and service availability may change without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any related systems.
• Copy, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, schema markup and design — is owned by or licensed to Al Bedaya Garage L.L.C. Customer reviews quoted on the site are quoted verbatim from public Google Business Profile reviews and remain the property of their respective authors.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms (Google Maps, social media, FormSubmit, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
