This Privacy Policy explains how Al Bedaya Garage L.L.C (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information you provide when using albedayagarage.com or contacting us by phone, email or in person at our workshop in Industrial Area 2, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

We are committed to handling your information lawfully and transparently, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and applicable consumer protection regulations.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run our garage and respond to your enquiries:

  • Contact details you provide via the contact form, phone, email or WhatsApp (name, phone number, email address).
  • Vehicle details you share when booking a service (make, model, registration, mileage, service history).
  • Service records generated when we work on your vehicle (job cards, parts used, invoices).
  • Website usage data collected automatically (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referring page) via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries, quote and book services.
  • Carry out service, maintenance and repair work on your vehicle.
  • Issue invoices and maintain accounting records as required by UAE law.
  • Send service reminders and follow-up messages relating to work already done.
  • Improve our website, services and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain customer and vehicle records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet UAE legal and tax obligations — typically up to seven years after your last service. Website analytics data is retained for up to fourteen months.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Job cards and invoices are stored in our workshop management system; payment information is processed by external providers and is not stored by us.

Under UAE data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
